They answer the phone for general inquiries between the hours of 2:00 through 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and between 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 noon on Friday. If you have an emergency at times other than these, stay on the line and someone eventually will answer. The emergency service is available 24/7.
